All-Day Rental

All Day Rental of $1,000 is due the day prior to the event.
Date Reservation & Cleaning deposit of an additional $500 is due on the day of booking.
Upon final cleaning walk through deposit may be refunded.

Tables & Chairs

Tables and chairs can be included for an additional fee of $250.
Linens and set up are not included.

Event Insurance

All renters are responsible for acquiring a special event insurance plan prior to the day of the event. This can be purchased through LP Insurance.
